
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE USE
BODY RECOVERY ZONE, registered under BODY RECOVERY PLACE– Ice Plunge, Sauna, Massage & Physiotherapy and more.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, booking, or using any of the services provided by BODY RECOVERY ZONE, registered under BODY RECOVERY PLACE (hereinafter referred to as “the Facility” or “we/us”), including but not limited to ice plunges, sauna sessions, massages, physiotherapy, and intravenous vitamin therapy, you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility - The Client understands and acknowledges that the services offered involve exposure to extreme temperatures, physical manipulation, and therapeutic techniques that may pose health risks. - The Client assumes full responsibility for their health and well-being when using our services. - The Client confirms that they have consulted a qualified medical professional before engaging in any of the Facility’s services and have been cleared to participate. - The Client understands that the Facility and its staff are not responsible for any health-related issues, injuries, adverse reactions, or complications that may arise during or after the use of our services. - The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with using the Facility’s services, including but not limited to fainting, dizziness, heart issues, muscle strain, injury, or any unforeseen medical conditions.
3. Third-Party Massage, Physiotherapy & Intravenous Vitamin Therapy Services - The Client acknowledges that massage, physiotherapy, and intravenous vitamin therapy services provided within the Facility are carried out by independent third-party professionals, not employees or agents of the Facility.
- The Facility solely provides a rental space for these third-party practitioners and does not oversee, supervise, or assume responsibility for the treatments they provide.
- Any concerns, claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from massage, physiotherapy, or intravenous vitamin therapy services must be addressed directly with the third-party provider. The Client agrees that the Facility bears no liability for any injury, dissatisfaction, or negative outcomes related to these services.
- By booking and using massage, physiotherapy, or intravenous vitamin therapy services within our Facility, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the third-party provider’s terms and conditions. - These services are carried out by independent third-party professionals. It is the client's sole responsibility to request details of the third-party provider before booking. The Facility is not responsible for providing this information unless specifically requested by the client. By booking and using these services, the client acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to request and review the third party’s credentials, terms, and conditions.
4. Medical Disclaimer & Waiver of Liability
- The Facility does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments. Our services are intended for relaxation, recovery, and general well-being but are not a substitute for professional medical care.
- The Client understands that the use of our services is at their own risk, and they waive any and all claims, demands, and legal actions against the Facility, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using our services.
- The Client agrees that the Facility shall not be held liable for any pre-existing medical conditions that may be aggravated or triggered by the use of our services.
- The Client acknowledges that they have been informed of potential risks and that they proceed with full knowledge and acceptance of these risks.
5. Service Eligibility - The Client affirms that they are at least 18 years.
- Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of legal age, who is fully responsible for their health, behaviour, and any damage caused during their visit.
- The Client certifies that they are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medications that may impair their ability to safely use our services.
- The Facility reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears unfit for participation, exhibits disruptive behaviour, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Code of Conduct & Compliance
- The Client agrees to follow all Facility guidelines, staff instructions, and posted safety warnings.
- The Client understands that failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
7. Booking, Payments & Refund Policy
- All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Only pre-paid bookings are confirmed. If no payment is made, the booking is not confirmed. A paid deposit also confirms the booking; however, the time and date of the booking may still be subject to change even if full payment or a deposit has been made.
- Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds or rebooking will only be granted if the Facility is informed of the cancellation at least 6 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- Due to the nature of our business, the Facility reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments without providing a minimum of 6 hours' notice. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected clients as soon as possible and offer an alternative booking option.
- Refunds are only issued in accordance with our refund policy, which is available upon request.
- When booking, the Client may request a specific staff member to be present during their visit. However, this is a request only and is subject to availability. The Facility does not guarantee the presence of a particular staff member.
- Bookings made through any portal other than the official website, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, text messages, or phone calls, still indicate that the Client has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 8. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Facility, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - The Client’s use of the Facility’s services; - Any failure to follow safety instructions or guidelines; - Any claims related to massage, physiotherapy, or intravenous vitamin therapy services, which are provided by independent third parties.
9. Consent & Acknowledgment By using our services, the Client confirms the following:
- They have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- They assume full responsibility for their health and safety. - They have consulted a medical professional and have been cleared to participate.
- They waive any and all claims against the Facility.
- They acknowledge and accept that massage, physiotherapy, and intravenous vitamin therapy services are provided by third-party professionals, and any concerns regarding these services must be addressed directly with the provider.
- They understand and accept that the Facility may change, reschedule, or cancel their booking without a 6-hour notice due to business operations.
